Breakfast buffet insufficient for 4-star-hotel. No real orange juice, just lemonade.

Hotel need to be renovated. Outdoor pool closed all week. Indoor pool closed for the first 4 days. One night we liked to eat at the hotel 5 floor where there schould be BAR and exelent resturant !!!!!!!!!! all closed wedsite of the hotel did not tell anything about all this missing facilities. It might had beed a fine hotel in the old days. Our room dirty floor carpent need renovating room 439 this hotel is not a 4 star hotel by any chance. We selected the hotel because it looked great regarding facilities and for relaxing
besides hotel Plovdiv was a great hollyday we had a good time in Bulgaria.good shopping food wine
nice people super walue for money in resturants shopping ect.
I know hotels I am away 100 days a year
