Hotel is very nice and good. All staff is so kind. All the best. Just adress please is incorect, or the map of Plovdiv is wrong. Ruski blvd is on the another side of river Marica

Hotel Location: The hotel had a very good location on a main street within walking distance to all the main sights. The best thing about the hotel is its rooftop bar. It has a fantstic view of the city and its hills. Hotel Accomodations: We stayed in a small suite and found the room to be acceptable. The bed was a bit hard and the decor was outdated. The bathroom was too small and could do with some renovation but it was clean and there was hot water. The best part of the room was the large balcony. Hotel Staff: The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. We have no complaints with the staff. Hotel Food: The hotel really needs to improve the quality of the food. I would recommend visitors to eat elsewhere. The service in the restaurant was also highly varied, from very professional to poor. Business support: We were in Plovdiv on business and did not find the hotel to have adequate business support. The rooms were not set up for computers or internet access and it was time consuming and difficult to get copies or prints of documents.

a pleasure to stay in; a home away from home! excellent service, staff really go the extra mile to make sure all expectations are exceeded. Great location, cleabliness and comfort, plus the free fast cable internet in every room just caps a wonderful experience.

i am pleased to say that this hotel is one of the best in bulgaria . i have visited this hotel for several times . the staff are so nice,and the rooms are well kept and tidy. the food is fablous. thars is nothing to complain about this hotel, i will be visiting this hotel next february . thanks for your hospitality. alfred cauchi
