Навсякъде мирише на цигари!!! Отвратително! Персонала е оформил кът за пушачи на входа на ресторанта и тоалетната. Ужас!

Прекарах 5 дни в хотела. Не съм претенциозен човек, но не мога да кажа, че си починах добре.Прекалено много хора се събират на прекалено тясно пространство! Ресторантът е малък, персоналът не достига. Всички сервитьорки бяха преуморени. Хигиената не е на нужното ниво. Чиниите в кухнята се мият на ръка и са вечно мокри! Но: Бих искала да похваля работата на майстор-готвача! Невероятно вкусно готви! Храната беше разнообразна! Плаж наблизо няма!Хубав е плажът в Обзор, но не е удобно да се пътува. От сутрин до вечер в хотела е много шумно!Идваха да почистват стаята в 15ч. след обяд. Има доста пропуски в организацията на обслужването. Рекламата е пресилена.

Много, много зле. Мръсотия беше навсякъде. Непрофесионално обслужване на рецепция, в ресторанта, от камериерките. В бара не посмях да отида. Не отговаря дори и на двузвезден хотел. Храната горе-долу биваше, но мръсотията в ресторанта беше потресаваща. Никога не бих го посетила отново.

Бях на една чудесна ваканция в хотела. Препоръчвам го на семейства с малки деца. Има всички удобства, а персоналът е млад и изключително любезен.

Having being so impressed with the service we received last year here we decided to book for the second year. It was great to go back knowing that all our needs would be catered for and Nick & his family certainly made us very welcome again. Nick sorts out all our skis, boots etc and makes the whole days skiiing so stress free. Excellent Breakfast - what ever time you want to suit you. Transport to the slopes, help with the kids etc. Nick spent the whole day on the slopes with us and gave lessons to the women and the kids. Our child Ella was just 3 years old when Nick first taught her last year and she improved yet again on her second visit. This time she was quite happy skiing down the slopes leading the group down as she went. See link for youtube footage http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I5oGUw8KqNA Our party had 5 adults and 4 kids aged between 4 & 13 and with everyone at different levels Nick did amazing at trying to share his attention with everyone. At the end of the days skiing, Nick would take us back, sort out the sauna/hot tub to relax in after a hard day on the slopes. On an evening Nick would take us out to local restuarants which are excellent. With starters, drinks, mains, deserts you would struggle to spend more than Ј10 per head much much cheaper than Borovets. A 500ml bottle of Becks was 90p - you can;t even buy it in Tescos for that!! Nick & his family cooked us a meal one night a chicken curry which was out of this world!! Nothing his too much trouble for Nick and his hospitality will certainly make you want to book again and again. If you nornally book through travel agents for easy of an holiday, I must recommend that you give this place a try, just book with Nick, sort the flights out and everything else just falls into place thanks to Nick. It is like having your personal guide with you there all holiday and caters for all your needs. What ever you want he will sort out. I can not recommend this Chalet highly enough especially if you have kids as Nick just makes it all so easy. Mant thanks Nick, Mariana, Petra & Mona for such a great holiday. Will definately book again.

I was in Trimontium Princess Hotel in Plovdiv on the 14th of June. I arrive at 06:30am. I took the room 105. The Air condition of the room didn't work. I called 3 times in the Reception & finaly the Cleaner brought me a dirty fan. It was horrible. I would not recommend this hotel. They don't respect the Guest's.

THE WORST HOTEL EVER!!!! Please costumers be aware!!! I spent three days at the resort and I could not believe the attitude and rudeness of the personnel. Everybody was extremely agitated and upset never smiling and so rude. Let alone the fact that the bathroom was nasty. There was the tape over the toilet that should indicate it has been disinfected however, there was poop all over when i picked up the seat. I requested a meeting with the owner since she was walking and introducing herself. Mrs. Yosifova must be the dumbest owner of hotel I have ever met. She must not understand that in her business costumer satisfaction is the most important thing. Wow i was amazed that somebody would let a person like her control a whole hotel!!! When i explained about the dirty toilet she said it was impossible and refused to come and see it. The only good thing about the hotel was the manager Nevena Arizanova. Her attitude and worm smile made me reconsider leaving at this instant. She came to the room and made sure that the right people knew about the mishap with the bathroom and put me in a new room. I hope Mrs. Yosifova understands that if it is not for that girl she would loose a lot of clients and repeat business. Horrible horrible experience!!!
